Technical Account Management (TAM),

Server systems located in the IST Data Center can directly access centralized storage in capacities ranging from 35 Gigabytes (GB) to Terabytes (TB), in four different performance tiers. All storage offerings run on enterprise class arrays, with full component redundancy including multi-path SAN connectivity and hardware RAID. When you buy capacity on the IST SAN, you also get onsite vendor support 24x7, so your storage is always online. You can quickly and easily add capacity when required, so you can buy just what you need, when you need it. We also monitor array performance, so you can be sure you are receiving the level of service you expect.
